Dancehall Ketch Up operates like a Dancehall Notice Board in the first place. On our different social media channels you will stay updated about the latest trends & news in the Dancehall scene straight outta Jamaica!
Focusing on the dancing industry, it is self-evidently to pay close attention to the historic part of the culture as the people behind are the pathmakers for what we know as ‘Dancehall’ now. You will get to know dancers, their stories & achievements – we will hear from pioneers as well as the latest generation and the ones along that journey.
Moreover we talk to Selectas & MC’s in the scene and get to know their perspectives on certain Dancehall related topics.
As the scene consists of more than only the already mentioned, we will reason with artists, producers, vendors, photo- & videographers, promoters and even regular party guests in order to portray an authentic picture of the entire scene & culture from Jamaica.
Being up to date and working closely within the scene, Dancehall Ketch Up established itself as a respected brand in the streets that represents Dancehall. Furthermore we receive the support from Jamaicans residing all over the world verifying what we do. The work is regarded from overseas as a bridge from the island to the rest of the world.
